Working with Children and Adolescents

"Although there's not yet a large database to support the effectiveness or efficacy of mental health services delivered through videoconferencing for children and families, most clinicians who do telepsychiatry do attest to its effectiveness.  Therefore, we're outlining here some good lessons learned from years of using this medium of delivering health services to children.  Some adaptations to face-to-face delivery of health care are necessary when working with children and adolescents using telemental health, which are reviewed in this mini lecture."
